Full-Wave Location (FWL) Technology

Surface Microseismic Monitoring for Reservoir Management
A passive microseismic monitoring technology that facilitates better reservoir management and improvisation of hydrocarbon recovery. The technique is based on full-waveform seismic numerical simulation and uses microseismic events information that occurs throughout the production life of hydrocarbon reservoirs.

Advantages of FWL technology:

-
Mobility & cost effectiveness - survey is performed from the surface ( significantly cheaper costs).
-
Best noise-immunity technique of location - maximum likelihood method
-
3D elastic Full-Wave numerical simulation to get full signal shape
-
The inversion of the tensor of seismic moment
Applications:
-
Hydraulic reservoirs fracture monitoring.
-
Natural active fractures network mapping.
-
Monitoring of Fluid injection.
-
Thermal treatment monitoring.
